C.O.L.A. was formed to network both small and large property rental owners in forming a relationship with local law enforcement.

At our monthly meetings, you will have the opportunity to participate in an exchange of information and experiences with fellow property owners and local law enforcement.

Current topics of interest to landlords will be addressed at the meetings as well as through a newsletter that will be useful to members to further inform them on the rights and responsibilities under the Minnesota Landlord/Tenant Act and the Federal/State Fair Housing Laws.

As a member of C.O.L.A., you will benefit from services and resources, which address aspects of property management that are important to the control and prevention of criminal activity on leased property.
